The Contractor shall carry General Liability and Umbrella or Excess Liability <br />Insurance covering all operations by or on behalf of the Contractor providing <br />insurance for bodily injury liability and property damage liability for the <br />following limits and including coverage for: <br />A. Premises, operations, and mobile equipment <br />B. Products and completed operations <br />C. Broad form property damage (including completed operations) <br />D. Explosion, collapse, and underground hazards <br />E. Personal injury <br />F. Contractual liability <br />ii. The Contractor shall not require certified Small Business subcontractors to carry <br />Liability Insurance that exceeds the limits in Section (d)(i), "Liability <br />Limits/Additional Insureds," of these specifications. The maximum required <br />Liability Insurance limits in Section (d)(i), "Liability Limits/Additional Insureds," of <br />these specifications shall apply to certified Small Business subcontractors for <br />work performed on the project, regardless of tier. The provisions of <br />Section (d)(i), "Liability Limits/Additional Insureds," shall be included in all <br />subcontracts for all tiers. <br />Public works construction projects, as defined in Labor Code Section 1720 <br />et seq, must meet prevailing wage requirements. California law requires <br />that workers are not paid less than the general prevailing rate of per diem <br />wages on public works projects. <br />d. LIABILITY LIMITS/ADDITIONAL INSUREDS <br />i.
