Combined, she has twenty years’ experience in higher education, customer <br />engagement, resource optimization, and workforce analytics. She has led numerous independent and <br />collaborative research projects, from initial literature review and data collection through analysis, <br />reporting, and presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences. Christina has a doctorate (PhD) <br />in quantitative political science and holds certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP). <br /> <br />Relevant Experience <br />Grant Thornton Public Sector, LLP – Grants Management. Serve as workstream lead for several <br />programs at New Castle County. Lead development of testing plans, risk analysis matrixes, and <br />workpaper and testing templates. Provide thought leadership around position statements and review work <br />products as produced by the team. Coordinate all client-based correspondence and engage with clients <br />to provide briefings and discuss and resolve potential issues. Provide quality assurance and control of <br />team eligibility and compliance testing of expenses claimed under federal funding streams. <br />Workforce Analytics and Optimization. Provide advisory and analytics support to federal agencies with <br />focus on workforce optimization methods, assessing workforce capacity, and identifying process <br />improvements using a variety of methodological tools and approaches. Perform risk assessment and <br />mitigating strategies as part of grants management project. Contribute to research and development of <br />capabilities within Digital Transformation and Management service line. Demonstrate thought leadership <br />through developing white papers and position statements addressing timely client or environmental <br />issues. Conduct requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders and subject matter experts. <br />Collect workforce data via interview, unstructured documents, and structured data resources; assess data <br />quality, cleanse data and prep for analysis; perform data analysis supported by data type and quality; <br />report key findings in executive summary and comprehensive reporting, study documentation, and <br />knowledge transfer materials in larger report. Identify opportunities for process, data, and workforce <br />improvements with strategic and tactical client benefits. Develop, implement, and analyze compliance and <br />risk assessment instruments <br />DRT Strategies, Inc. – U.S. Department of Agriculture, Office of the Chief Information Security Officer <br />(OCIO); Cybersecurity Executive Order. Collaborate with ISC leadership to develop and implement <br />strategic cyber security initiative, including Department-wide cybersecurity IT consolidation, in response to <br />OMB Cybersecurity Risk Management Assessment and within NIST Risk Management Plan. Collaborate <br />with stakeholders as Subject Matter Expert on enterprise-wide survey, developing methodology and <br />content to achieve objectives; conduct analysis and reporting. Gather requirements, identify risks and <br />milestones; facilitate communication across multiple working integrated project teams (WIPT), and <br />monitor performance goals while mitigating risks. Mentor professional development of project <br />management skills in fellow colleagues. Provide Service Delivery strategic support with analysis of <br />alternatives, data collection, and analysis. Leverage program building experience to identify and develop <br />corporate strategy for business development.
