Affidavit Regarding Community Meeting <br />I, Brian Leung, declare as follows: <br />This declaration is made on behalf of Greenlaw Partners, pursuant to Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />Section 2-153. I have personal knowledge of the facts set forth below and am able to competently <br />testify thereto. I am available, on behalf of Greenlaw Partners, to answer any questions regarding the <br />matters discussed herein. <br />2. The community meeting required by Section 1-153 was held by Greenlaw Partners, in compliance <br />with Section 2-153, on July 8, 2021 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm in an online virtual environment (Zoom <br />Video). <br />3. Notice of the meeting was mailed to all property owners, and at least one occupant per dwelling unit <br />having a valid United States Postal Service address within a 500-foot radius of the project site, on <br />June 28, 2021. <br />4. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and restrictions to in person gatherings, the community meeting was <br />hosted online via Zoom. No physical notice posting at the project site was required by the City. <br />5. Notice of the meeting was published in the Orange County Reporter, a newspaper of general <br />circulation within the City of Santa Ana, on July 7, 2021. <br />6. Meeting minutes were prepared by Kimley-Horn that provide an accurate description and summary of <br />the meeting. <br />7. The meeting was conducted in an open house format, but began with opening remarks from the <br />developer, as well as a question and answer session. A true and correct copy of the video of the <br />opening remarks, including questions from the public and answers thereto were shared with the City <br />of Santa Ana Staff Planner. <br />I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the foregoing is true and <br />correct. <br />Executed this date of July 13, 2021, at Orange, California. <br />Brain Leung <br />
