(KMA) prepared a preliminary financial <br />gap analysis for the project proposed to be developed at 1921 West Washington Avenue <br />(Site) by Habitat for Humanity of Orange County (Habitat). The Site is currently owned <br />by Habitat. Habitat proposes to demolish the existing vacant structures on the Site, and <br />construct six for-sale units to be sold to low income households (Project). Habitat is <br />requesting $2.20 million in financial assistance from the City of Santa Ana (City).
