Opinion of General Counsel. <br />Be aware that all projects receiving funding must comply with all applicable implementing <br />guidelines and regulations adopted by California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), <br />regarding state prevailing wage requirements. You must contact DIR for guidance on how to <br />comply.
