The park covers 2.6 acres <br />including a senior center, fitness zone, outside portable restroom, and park area. <br /> <br />I. SCOPE <br /> The City’s goal is to provide security guard services to serve as deterrence against crimes of <br />vandalism, theft and bodily injury at Birch Park and include the following duties: <br /> <br />• Perform roving patrols of interior and exterior building areas. <br />• Complete incident and daily operating reports. <br />• Respond as necessary to support other life safety duties as identified in post orders and <br /> standard operating procedures. <br />• Direct patrons to areas within Birch Park. <br />• Report building maintenance and safety concerns as necessary. <br />• Enforce Park rules as required. <br />• Mitigate various issues that arise in and around Birch Park. <br />• Observe-and-report only. Guards are not expected to apprehend or physically detain any <br />individual.
