Appendix <br />ATTACHMENT 1 <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS <br />FOR <br />VARIOUS ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES <br />RFP NO.22-090 <br />INTRODUCTION/PROJECT BACKGROUND <br />The City of Santa Ana is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek qualified firms to <br />provide Various Environmental Services for the City of Santa Ana Public Works Agency on an <br />as -needed or "on -call" basis. From the proposals received, it is the City's goal to select up to three <br />(3) firms. The City will enter into separate agreements with each firm for an aggregate not to <br />exceed amount of <br />It is the City's goal to select one or more firms to enter into an agreement(s) with to provide as <br />needed property management services for capital improvement projects (CIP). The capital <br />improvement projects needing the right-of-way services include, but are not limited, to Warner <br />Avenue, Bristol Street, Fairview Street, and Grand Avenue Street Improvements. <br />Specialty Areas <br />Maximum Contract <br />Aggregate Amount <br />I <br />Environmental Site Assessment <br />$135,000 <br />II <br />Hazardous Materials Surveys <br />$135,000 <br />Consultants are encouraged to prepare proposals for the multiple specialty areas listed above, <br />however; it is not required to propose on more than one Specialty Area. Each Specialty Area shall <br />be submitted individually in response to the RFP. From the proposals received, it is the City's <br />goal to select one to two firms for each of the specialty services (I and II). The City will enter into <br />separate agreements (the "Agreement") with each of these firms. Work will be assigned by <br />Contract Task Orders. As tasks are identified, they will be distributed among these firms based <br />upon their ability to perform the required work within the project schedule and budget constraints. <br />A detailed scope of work and corresponding fee will be outlined when a specific task is assigned <br />to a consultant.
