PART TWO - Event Production, Marketing & Enhancements <br /> <br />In addition to the core ice rink equipment and services, Ice-America can also provide the <br />following Event services directly or through our vendors: <br /> <br />• Decorations <br />o holiday lighting including flag poles, olive garden, village, tree <br />o set pieces including installing Christmas tree on 4’ stage <br />o installation of winter village facades with sponsor opportunities <br />o installation of winter mural <br />• Performances and Appearances <br />o Mrs. Claus appearances and storytelling <br />• Activities <br />o Holiday Train <br />• Seating <br />o picnic tables <br />o folding chairs for viewers <br /> <br />Our goal is to create an immersive experience that the community will see as their must <br />attend holiday event annually. Our budget shows a wide variety of options that can be <br />selected as desired. <br /> <br />Event Production and Enhancements <br /> <br />In addition to the holiday ice rink production, Ice-America proposes a comprehensive <br />event production package including the selected items outlined in Part Two of this <br />proposal. <br /> <br />Ice-America’s project manager will coordinate the creative work, installation, and <br />operations management for all subcontractors. Rates for all subcontracted work are cost- <br />plus at 20%. <br /> <br />Decorations <br />The event decorations can include comprehensive holiday lighting as well as a large <br />decorated Christmas tree in a central location. Also included in our options is the <br />installation of the winter village with highly decorated facades that can be sponsored by <br />local businesses and professionals. Qualified vendors will be selected and managed for <br />all required insurance and licenses. <br /> <br />Performances & Appearances <br />The ice rink and adjacent stage form the backdrop for both on and off-ice performances. <br />Featured acts can include Santa skating times, ice skating performances, musical <br />performances and other acts. If desired, special guests can be booked for musical <br />performances on the main stage.
