Based on criteria outlined in the RFP, the following summarizes the <br />responding firms and their ranking: <br />Firm City Rank <br />PlaceWorks Santa Ana 1 <br />Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc Orange 2 <br />IDS Group Irvine 3 <br />Staff recommends awarding to the top scoring firm to provide design services for the <br />Project (Exhibit 2). Their proposal demonstrated that they have the necessary capacity <br />and expertise to complete the required services. The firm rates are reasonable and within <br />industry standards.
