Proposal to Provide Water, Sewer, and Public Works Grant Writing Services <br />21 <br /> <br /> <br />E. RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Grant Identification, Writing, & Compliance Services, City of Santa Ana Utility <br />Department, Santa Ana, CA (2017-Present) <br />ESS was selected in 2018 to provide needs assessment, <br />grant identification, grant writing and compliance services for <br />the Water and Sewer services Department. ESS started by <br />reviewing the City’s CIP and unfunded projects and <br />developed a funding plan by identifying grants. To date, ESS <br />has prepared successful applications for Bureau of <br />Reclamation, CalOES, Proposition 1, and State Revolving <br />Funds that are near completion for the following projects: <br />Grant <br />Amount Funding Agency Program <br />Projects <br />$5 million Bureau of <br />Reclamation <br />Drought Contingency 4 Well Projects <br />$1.5 million Bureau of <br />Reclamation <br />Water Energy <br />Efficiency AMI System <br />$10.1 million SWRCB DWSRF AMI - Pending <br />$5.2 million SWRCB DWSRF Well 32- In process <br />$75,000 SWRCB Prop 1 Water Recycle Master Plan <br />$100,000 SAWPA Well design <br />$75,000 Bureau of <br />Reclamation <br />Water Energy <br />Efficiency Irrigation Improvements <br />$1.5 million SWRCB CWSRF Septic to sewer- In process <br />$300k CalOES Community Power <br />Resiliency <br />Emergency Well Back-up <br />Generator <br />The above work has been completed since January 2018. <br />Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade, City of Palm Springs, Palm Springs, CA (2014- <br />2019) <br />Responsibilities for the City of Palm Springs began with preparation <br />of SRF loan applications for the $29 million Wastewater Treatment <br />Plant Upgrade & 8 million for a cogeneration project. We arranged <br />for a meeting with the SRF management in Sacramento and <br />provided a presentation that assured adding this project to the <br />priority list. During the complex process for this project, we were <br />able to provide continuous coordination with three state SRF project
