Broadway <br />TOTAL $3,903,384 86 <br />Affordable Housing Development Projects <br />There are three (3) affordable housing projects under construction, and four (4) affordable <br />housing projects in pre-development. Below is a brief summary and status-update for <br />each project. Exhibit 2 provides a development timeline for each project. The RFP for <br />Affordable Housing Development, which was issued on December 8, 2021 and closed on <br />February 28, 2022, received three eligible proposals, one of which WISEPlace PSH has <br />been awarded a pre-commitment letter and the two other proposals are currently in the <br />review and evaluation phase.
