All seven (7) Sample Jurisdictions <br />have a rental registry and six (6) of the seven (7) require landlords to pay an annual registration fee. <br />The one (1) jurisdiction that does not currently have a fee is planning to conduct a fee study to establish <br />a fee. Table 2 presents a summary of the Sample Jurisdictions’ rental registries.
