Adopt amendments to the Rent Stabilization and Just Cause Eviction Ordinances, <br />including the creation of a Rental Housing Board and a rental registry, among <br />various other amendments. <br />2. Authorize staff to conduct a fee study to establish a rental registry fee to cover <br />program administrative costs. <br />3. Authorize staff to contract with a consultant to implement a rental registry. <br />The following estimated timeline of activities is provided below: <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />EXHIBITS <br />1.
