Following the monitoring visit, a written report is provided delineating the results of <br />the review and any findings of non-compliance and the required corrective action. Subrecipients <br />normally have 30 days to provide the City with corrective actions taken to address any noted findings. <br />Individualized technical assistance is provided, as noted above, as soon as compliance concerns are <br />identified. For CDBG capital projects, monitoring also includes compliance with regulatory agreement <br />requirements <br />Citizen Participation Plan 91.105(d); 91.115(d) <br />The City published a notice in the general circulation of papers in English, Spanish and Vietnamese that <br />its CAPER was available for review for public comment.
