There is not a lot of clarity as to how the funds are earmarked to <br />be spent. There is no specific mention if there will be more financial assistance to the DTSA business owners. <br />I urge you to present a more detailed plan as to how these funds will be spent. <br />I urge you to continue to keep supporting the DTSA business owners as we continue to struggle with the OCTA <br />Street Car construction mess and delays. <br />Thank your for attention to this matter <br />Mimi Mar <br />The Pizza Press <br />i
