77 <br />Environmental impact <br />and NetZero pitches <br />Lay’s have worked with Good Business,a sustainability <br />measurement and evaluation consultancy,to conduct <br />and analyse the environmental impact of the initiative. <br />Top line findings <br />A Lay's RePlay pitch will: <br />•Reduce GHG emissions <br />by between 62% and 65% <br />•Decrease microplastic <br />pollution by more than 99% <br />•Include pitch contents <br />that are 100% recyclable <br />•Have a net zero carbon footprint <br />Lay’s have made a NetZero commitment for all Lay’s RePlay <br />pitches,by offsetting all carbon emissions associated with the <br />build of the pitches <br />All compared to the equivalent 3G installation <br />Exhibit 1
