The City will select the consultant based on <br />qualifications, and then negotiate a contract price based on available funding. <br />4. PROPOSAL REVIEW (CONTRACTOR SELECTION) <br />A. EVALUATION AND RATING <br />The criteria for evaluating the proposals are specified in: <br />RFP SECTION I - INTRODUCTION / PROJECT DESCRIPTION. <br />B. SELECTION <br />The selection committee will be comprised of at least (3) City staff from multiple <br />departments. The committee may or may not interview the top ranking proposers. The City <br />will recommend award of contracts to the proposers who will provide the best quality and <br />value to the City.
