NOTES <br />1. ANY PROPOSED DRIVEWAY, CURB, GUTTER, CURB RAMP <br />AND/OR SIDEWALK TO BE CONSTRUCTED PER CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY STANDARDS (PER THE <br />METRO EAST PUBLIC REALM AMENITY PLAN). <br />2.
