THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: Health Care and Allied Professional and Supplemental Liability Policy Under Section VI. GENERAL CONDITIONS, condition F. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS OF RECOVERY AGAINST OTHERS TO US is deleted and replaced with the following: F. SUBROGATION In the event of any payment by "us" under this policy, "we" shall be subrogated to all the "insured's" rights of recovery against any person,organization,or entity. The"insured"shall execute and deliver instruments and papers and do whatever else is necessary to secure such rights. The "insured" shall do nothing to prejudice "our" position, or potential or actual rights of recovery, after any "professional incident,""occurrence,"or offense. However,solely with respect to the entities shown in the Schedule below,the"insured"and"we"hereby waive our rights of recovery. This waiver shall apply only with respect to damages for a"professional incident,"offense or an "occurrence"arising out of work or"professional services"performed by an"insured"on"your"behalf pursuant to a written agreement existing between the "insured" and the entities shown in the Schedule below, provided such agreement was executed and in effect prior to the time of the "professional incident," "occurrence" or offense and requires this waiver of subrogation. This waiver shall not be construed to be a waiver with respect to other operations of such entities in which you have no written or contractual interest.
