Page 1 of 1 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH PATROL SOLUTIONS, LLC, TO PROVIDE <br />SANTA ANA CITY ZOO SECURITY SERVICES <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above-referenced agreement is entered into June 7, 2022, by and <br />between Patrol Solutions, LLC, a California company (“Contractor”), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter <br />city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of <br />California (“City”). <br />RECITALS <br />A.The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2022-029 (“Agreement”) dated February 1, 2022, to <br />retain Contractor to provide overnight, on-site security and surveillance at the Santa Ana City Zoo. <br />B.The Agreement is current and in-effect through December 31, 2022. <br />C.The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to increase the compensation to fund security <br />services at the zoo until a Request for Proposals for security services at the zoo is completed. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1.Section 2(a), Compensation, is hereby amended to increase the not-to-exceed amount by Fifty <br />Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($50,000).
