The Applicant must remain in compliance with <br />all condition(s) listed below: <br /> <br />The applicant shall install a bronze plaque honoring and recognizing the <br />structure at 2308 N. Santiago Street, historically known as the E.H. Richards <br />House. The plaque shall include the historic name, address, year built, and <br />local historic register designation.
