Keyser Marston <br />Associates and RSG, Inc. also served as third party advisors to the Review Panel. <br />In compliance with the City’s Affordable Housing Funds Policies and Procedures, the <br />Review Panel used the proposal Scoring and Selection Criteria from the RFP to conduct <br />their review and analysis of each proposal. In addition to the Scoring and Selection <br />Criteria from the RFP, the Review Panel also reviewed the proposed project design for <br />appropriateness for the proposed target group, compatibility with surrounding uses, cost <br />effectiveness of construction, and appropriateness of the design and construction for low <br />maintenance and long term durability. <br />On May 4, 2022, the Review Panel interviewed all of the developers who submitted a <br />proposal. Following these interviews, the Review Panel discussed and deliberated upon <br />the final scoring and selection of the proposals. Broadway, Santa Ana, CA 92706 (APN 398-523-04) <br />(Exhibit 2).
