<br />DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING

<br />Erik has over 26 years of experience in the audiovisual industry and is considered by
<br />many in our industry as one of the top engineers in the country. Erik started his
<br />career in the audiovisual industry with Ampro in Florida before moving to California
<br />and working with J.O.S. Projection Systems. He has also travelled all over the world
<br />for British Petroleum designing and fine-tuning Control Room Displays utilizing edge
<br />blending. He has performed many different jobs in the audiovisual world including,
<br />final setup technician for CRT projectors, Service Technician, Project Manager,
<br />System Designer, System Sales, Engineer and is now currently Director of
<br />Engineering here at WAV. He has an AA degree in Electronics and many certifications
<br />including those from Biamp, Crestron, Christie, AMX, Panasonic as well as others.
<br />Erik also holds a CTS-D certification from AVIXA and DMC-E from Crestron Electronics.
<br />He has designed many high -profile projects including: City of Victorville, Genentech,
<br />UCLA School of Medicine, Allergan, Intuit, Children's Hospital of Los Angeles,
<br />Children's Hospital of Orange County, City of Temecula, City of San Marcos and City of
<br />Brea. He specializes in projects ranging from $750,000 to $2,000,000.

<br />Phil has over 16 years of experience in the audiovisual industry. Phil has had many
<br />different job functions such as Installation Supervisor, Project Manager, Field
<br />Engineer and Sales Engineer. His certifications range from Clearone, Lutron, AMX,
<br />Biamp, SVSi, QSC, Scala and Polycom. Phil is known around the office for his "Can -
<br />Do" attitude. He has been a part of projects ranging from corporate, government,
<br />higher education, as well as performing arts. Some of these projects include: Taco
<br />Bell, Herbalife, New York Life, Too Faced Cosmetics and various colleges throughout
<br />southern California.
