City of Goleta Council Chamber & Broadcast Control Room � <br />Goleta, CA Western <br />Project Highlights: Audi@ Visual &Security <br />• 98" Christie Display 0 Panasonic PTZ Cameras <br />• 22" Planar Monitors • Blackmagic Design Broadcast Switcher <br />• Crestron 7" touch panels PTZ Optics Camera Controller <br />• Biamp Digital Signal Processor (DSP) Tightrope System <br />Project Summary: <br />Western Audio Visual & Security (WAVS) was awarded the design/build project for the Council <br />Chamber & Broadcast Control Room at the City of Goleta. WAVS installed a 98" Christie display using a <br />custom mounting structure and custom black laminate finish to surround the display. At the dais, <br />WAVS installed a total of ten Planar 22" monitors for viewing presentations and seven Crestron 7" <br />touch panels for voting & "Request to Speak" functions. The audio system was re -vamped with a new <br />Biamp DSP. WAVS also installed four white Panasonic PTZ cameras which are controlled via a Panasonic <br />Camera Controller and switched through a Blackmagic Design broadcast switcher. A Tightrope system <br />was installed and programmed for all broadcast automation, recording, archiving and bulletin board <br />(Cablecast CG) functionality for all non -live and scheduled playback events. WAVS also installed a <br />Compix ConverG1 HD to handle all lower thirds graphics. The City of Goleta also purchased two years <br />of WAVS Service & Preventative Maintenance Contract upfront. <br />Completion Date: <br />March 2022 <br />Contract Amount: <br />$210,000 <br />Designed by: <br />Western AVS <br />
