<br />Hany Henein, PE, PLS brings 43 years of experience in professional
<br />engineering and land surveying, including management for capital
<br />improvement project (CIP) design, construction, and grant projects.
<br />Specializing in pump stations, bridge and hydraulic structures, parks,
<br />highways, and bridges, he is proficient in analyzing land surveys,
<br />hydraulics, hydrology, and cost estimates
<br />Mr. Henein has worked with numerous agencies and municipalities
<br />throughout Southern California, including the Cities of Bell Gardens,
<br />Montebello, Huntington Park, Baldwin Park, Lynwood, and El Monte. He
<br />was also employed by the County of Orange and the cities of Riverside,
<br />Corona, and South Gate. He has secured permitting through coordinating
<br />with local cities and agencies, such as Caltrans, Railroad, Army Corps
<br />of Engineers, Regional Water Quality Control Board, Fish and Game,
<br />Coastal Commission, Air Quality Municipal District, and Department of
<br />Safety of Dams.
<br />Construction Management Services for Van Ness Avenue and
<br />139th Street Improvements, Gardena, California: This improvements
<br />project is a major street maintenance project that encompasses portions
<br />of Van Ness Avenue from 135th street to Marine Avenue as well as
<br />portions of 139th Street from Van Ness Avenue to Western Avenue. The
<br />improvements include edge grinding; cold milling of the existing pavement
<br />and repaving; resetting of valve boxes and manholes frames and covers;
<br />and striping and signal modifications. The scope of work also includes
<br />removal and replacement of curb, gutter, and sidewalk in addition to
<br />bringing pedestrian improvements into ADA compliance. Cannon was
<br />selected to provide construction management services. The project also
<br />requires extensive coordination of traffic control and close
<br />coordination with emergency services, local agencies.
