2022-23 Orange County Children's Therapeutic Arts Center <br />Youth Employment Program -WIOA Proposal <br />5.Paid & Unpaid Work Experience: <br />A.Describe in detail the paid and unpaid work experience opportunities that will be offered <br />to the youth such as, Summer employment, Pre-apprenticeship programs, Internships or <br />job shadowing, and On-the-Job training opportunities. Youth will engage in weekly <br />"hands-on" work experience and job training opportunities at our agency and other <br />community sites. The following tables (Tables 4, 5 & 6), demonstrate the variety of <br />programs that we offer at OCCTAC and at offsite work experience locations. WIOA <br />participants can choose from any of these programs/fields to fulfill their career goals and <br />work experience.
