OC CHILDREN'S <br />THERAP EUTIC ARTS <br />2215 N Broadway• Santa Ana, CA 92706 • 714.547 .5468 • Fax 714.564.9690 • www.occtac.org <br />Timecards and Sign in Sheets: Worksite will have a binder or <br />designated location on-site where WEX youth will sign in and out. In <br />order for the timesheets to be valid, youth must have the supervisor <br />initial after every shift. <br />Youth will then complete timesheets to the best of their knowledge <br />and sign them. Signatures may be completed in-person or through a <br />pre-approved electronic signature program. <br />At the end of every month, youth must turn in sign-in sheets and <br />signed timesheets to coordinator. If WEX youth is unable to collect <br />sign in sheets, OCCTAC staff may retrieve the sign in sheets from <br />worksite. <br />Paycheck Information: WEX youth will receive payment on the 15th <br />of every month. <br />Duration and Length of WEX Activity: <br />Based on the availability and needs of WEX youth, work experience <br />should be a minimum of 6 weeks and not exceed 45 weeks or 900 <br />hours unless approved by Program Manager. <br />Staff of Santa Ana Workforce Development Board may approve WEX <br />waivers of the 900-hour limitation policy. Waiver requests must be <br />submitted in writing. Youth may not exceed the 900-hour limit prior <br />to the date of waiver approval. <br />Rate of Pay and Payment: <br />During Stipend WEX youth will receive $125.00 for every 10 hours <br />completed for the first 40 hours of work experience.
