City of Santa - Annual <br />Statement of Investment Policy Page 22 July 1, 2022 - <br />June 30, 2023 <br />Certifications from both the APTUS&C at the international North American level and <br />the CMTA at the state level, and in FY 2021-22, the City of Santa Ana received <br />Investment Policy Certification from CMTA at the state level. <br /> <br />19.3 Adoption <br />The Executive Director for FMSA shall annually render this Statement of Investment <br />Policy to the City Council and City Manager.
