Fiscal Year 2022-23 Miscellaneous Fee Schedule <br />June 7, 2022 <br />Page 2 <br />2 <br />7 <br />1 <br />6 <br />o 4 deleted fees in Public Works <br />o 1 deleted fee in Police <br />Included in the Schedule is the continued waiver of the Credit Card Processing Fee. Staff <br />anticipates to return to the City Council during FY 2022-23 with a comprehensive proposal <br />to restructure the Credit Card Processing Fee based upon a convenience fee assessed <br />only for development-related transactions once the technology to do so has been <br />implemented. If approved, all proposed fee changes become effective July 1, 2022. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />General Fund revenue estimates for the upcoming fiscal year are based upon the <br />miscellaneous fees as proposed. The proposed fee schedule will generate additional <br />revenue that will be appropriated to the City’s various funds, departments, programs and <br />enterprise activities. <br />EXHIBIT(S) <br />1.
