HEALTH AND WELLNESS <br />Support the health and wellbeing of Santa Ana residents by providing spaces for rest and <br />relaxation as well as opportunities for physical activity. <br />Santa Ana residents prioritize their mental and physical health and well-being and make a <br />clear connection between outdoor space and health. There is a large need for well -maintained <br />and beautiful outdoor spaces that offer residents a place to both relax and de -stress as well as <br />move and exercise. Green spaces on their own foster community connection which improves <br />mental health and activating these spaces with programs such as yoga, meditation, gardening, <br />and aerobics can help improve both physical and mental wellness.
