SCHEDULEI <br />IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES SET UP AND OPTIONAL SERVICES <br />STATEMENT OF WORK # SOW-001 <br />This Schedule One (1) Statement of Work ("SOW') defines the implementation Services being <br />provided by MERIDIAN to CLIENT under the terms and conditions of the Software as a Service and <br />Subscription Agreement; in order to enable MERIDIAN to deliver and CLIENT to receive those <br />Software Services; and is executed by and between MERIDIAN and CLIENT. <br />A. Summary of Scope Implementation Professional Services <br />Standard Deliverable Summary <br />Meridian LMS software will be delivered to CLIENT preconfigured with standard settings derived <br />from best practices. CLIENT will be provided a limited set of software configurable options that <br />can be personalized to enable the software to meet their business needs (i.e. SCORM settings, <br />Virtual meeting setup, domain configurations). MERIDIAN will (1) work with CLIENT to determine <br />how these options should be configured and (2) implement each option based on the set of <br />configurable parameters inherent to the software. Configuration will be limited to the product <br />capabilities outlined in the current version of the MERIDIAN manuals and documentation as well <br />as the scope defined herein. <br />The following table summarizes the software setup tasks that MERIDIAN will provide on a FFP <br />basis.
