Consultant shall perform the following tasks: <br />• Preparation of Preliminary Estimates <br />• Preparation of Complete Loss of Goodwill Appraisals <br />• Perform field work as necessary <br />• Attend Pre -submission Review Conferences as required <br />• Prepare Correspondence <br />• Make presentations to city staff as needed <br />• Perform special studies within the scope of Consultant's expertise. <br />• Coordinate with other ROW consultants as necessary <br />• Coordinate with City -hired Real Estate appraisers and FF&E appraisers as required. <br />City of Santa Ana RFP 21-131 <br />Page Al-8 <br />
