AEI has a solid understanding of conducting Facility Condition Assessments on diverse <br />types of municipal and institutional buildings. AEI is completely familiar with the required ASTM <br />FCA scope of work we have substantial experience in performing these services on projects of <br />similar sized assets, construction, and use. Furthermore, AEI has the experience in managing <br />and completing large portfolio projects, and most importantly, we have the professional <br />workforce of engineers and architects to complete same. <br />AEI is not debarred, suspended, or declared ineligible to contract with any federal, state, or <br />local agencies. <br />AEI Consultants is a registered corporation in the state of California. AEI's principal place of <br />business (corporate headquarters) is located at 2500 Camino Diablo, Walnut Creek, CA 94597. <br />Completion of this project will primarily be completed from AEI's Southern California regional <br />offices as well as AEI's dedicated Capital Planning Team.
