Approve an amendment to the Revive Santa Ana spending plan to increase the <br />amount for Youth Violence Prevention by $404,375 for a total $904,375, decrease the <br />amount for Early Childhood Support & Head Start & Child/Day Care by $409,979 for <br />a total $590,021, decrease the amount for After-School/Youth Sports Programs by <br />$32,828 for a total $467,172 and approve an amount of $38,432 to administer the <br />agreements, the total of all services and administration is $2,000,000. <br />2. Approve an agreement with ALBI (Active Learning Believe & Inspire) to provide youth <br />services (Youth Violence Prevention) under the Revive Santa Ana Program for an <br />amount not to exceed $47,869 for the period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, <br />subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />3. Approve an agreement with America On Track to provide youth services (Youth <br />Violence Prevention) under the Revive Santa Ana Program for an amount not to <br />exceed $125,000 for the period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />4. Approve an agreement with Backhausdance to provide youth services (After- <br />School/Youth Sports) under the Revive Santa Ana Program for an amount not to <br />exceed $30,000 for the period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />5. Approve an agreement with Community Action Partnership of Orange County to <br />provide youth services (After-School/Youth Sports) under the Revive Santa Ana <br />Program for an amount not to exceed $65,000 for the period July 1, 2022 through <br />
