IV. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br />A. GENERAL <br />1. NUMBER OF COPIES AND SIGNATURE <br />Refer to SECTION I "GENERAL" above. <br />2. DEADLINE <br />Proposals are due to the City of Santa Ana, at the date, time, and location set forth above in the <br />Notice Inviting Proposals. <br />B. PROPOSAL CONTENTS <br />A responsive proposal shall contain the following documentation: <br />1. Cover Letter <br />2. Table of Contents <br />3. Executive Summary <br />4. Company Information <br />5. Statement of Qualifications <br />6. Company Identification and Experience <br />7. References <br />8. Project Understanding <br />9. Development Proposal <br />10. Proposed Development Schedule <br />11. Business Proposal and Financial Plan <br />12. Certifications <br />Font size shall be minimum 11-point Arial. Proposal exhibits shall be maximum I I" x 17" <br />1. COVER LETTER <br />A cover letter serves as an introduction of the Company and a brief summary of the Company's <br />capabilities in outdoor advertising. In the cover letter, the Proposer should also highlight the <br />reasons the City should select it for the design, construction, maintenance and management of <br />its digital billboards and banners and the management of its bus shelters and bus stops. <br />The cover -letter shall include a statement outlining concurrence or concerns with any and all <br />provisions as contained in the Standard Agreement attached as ATTACHMENT 2: <br />STANDARD AGREEMENT in the Appendix of this RFP and shall be signed by a principal <br />Page 11 of 20 <br />
