KICK-OFF MEETING <br />A kick-off meeting will be held after award of contract. Company and its team will meet with City <br />of Santa Ana staff to conduct introductions, discuss scope of services, and implementation process. <br />B. NOTICE TO PROCEED <br />Following the kick-off meeting, a formal Notice to Proceed (NTP) may be issued after the <br />agreement is fully executed, and all insurance documents have been received and approved. <br />VIII. PUBLIC RECORDS <br />All responses to the RFP shall become the property of the City, and proposals will become public <br />record after award of agreement. Proposer information identified as proprietary information shall be <br />maintained confidential, to the extent allowed under the California Public Records Act. <br />Page 18 of 20 <br />
