Page & Turnbull’s work included a conditions <br />assessment that informed the Basis of Design <br />as well as collaboration with the City, Cheech <br />Marin, and other stakeholders to develop a <br />meaningful program. The Basis of Design integrates <br />architectural programming with the infrastructure <br />needs of a modern museum. Phase II is underway. <br />EXHIBIT C - PROPOSAL
