<br />Resolution No. 2022-XXX <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />Section 3. The Joint School Collaboration City Council Standing Subcommittee <br />shall consist of two (2) or three (3) councilmembers and two (2) SAUSD board members. <br />The City Councilmembers on the standing subcommittee shall be appointed by a majority <br />of the entire City Council at a public meeting. SAUSD board members on the standing <br />subcommittee shall be appointed by a majority of the entire SAUSD Board at a public <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Section 4. Standing subcommittee members do not receive additional stipends <br />or compensation for serving on a standing subcommittee. Each standing subcommittee <br />member shall serve on the standing subcommittee for a two-year term commencing with <br />the first meeting of each newly installed City Council following a general election, but each <br />Councilmember shall continue to serve on his or her standing subcommittee until <br />replaced. <br /> <br />Section 5. The standing subcommittee shall meet monthly, if there are items to <br />discuss, or less often if dictated by their bylaws, and are encouraged to alternate meeting <br />locations between City facilities and SAUSD facilities. <br /> <br />Section 6.
