FY 2022-2024 CDBG Funding Plan - Program Summaries <br />Administration & Planning <br />Organization Project Title <br />One-year <br />award Description <br />City of Santa <br />Ana <br />Community <br />Development <br />Agency (CDA) <br />CDBG Program <br />Administration $1,068,127 <br />The program will provide for the overall administration of the CDBG Program, to include: preparation and <br />submission of required contracts with HUD, submission of all reporting requirements, provision of individual <br />project oversight, monitoring of all project implementation and ongoing completion, and fiscal management and <br />oversight. Program Administration is performed by a combination of staff and professional consultant(s). <br />Proposed funding amount calculated based off 20% admin cap less Fair Housing amount. <br />Fair Housing <br />Council of <br />Orange County <br />Santa Ana Fair <br />Housing Education, <br />Counseling & <br />Enforcement <br />$60,000 <br />The program will provide fair housing education, landlord /tenant counseling and enforcement services to combat <br />housing discrimination and city administrative support for the residents of the City of Santa Ana. Funds will go <br />toward administrative/program staff and service contracts. A commitment to further fair housing is a requirement <br />of CDBG funding. <br />Nonprofit Public Service (subject to 15% Public Service cap) <br />Organization Project Title <br />Two-year <br />award Description <br />AIDS Services <br />Foundation OC <br />HIV Care Services $60,000 <br />AIDS Services Foundation OC DBA Radiant Health Centers (RHC) will provide low-income residents living <br />with HIV in the City of Santa Ana with wraparound HIV care services. Participants will receive the support <br />and resources needed to remain in medical care, maintain their health, and achieve viral suppression. <br />America On Track <br />Brighter Futures <br />for Children of <br />Prisoners <br />$60,000 Children of prisoners deserve the chance to discover a brighter future, which is why America On Track <br />provides them with trained, caring mentors, STEM workshops, a “College is For Me Too!” camp, free books, <br />and special outings, as well as nutrition seminars and wraparound services for the families. <br />Boys and Girls Club of <br />Santa Ana College Bound $60,000 <br />College Bound provides at-risk Santa Ana teens with academic instruction and mentors to help graduate <br />high school on time, prepare for secondary education, technical school, or military and set career goals; this <br />also prevents teens from engaging in activities that could otherwise derail their path. <br />Casa de la Familia <br />Santa Ana Family <br />Justice Center <br />Full-Time Victim <br />Advocate <br />$60,000 <br />SAFHC Full-Time Victim Advocate will offer more comprehensive services to victims than before allowing <br />victims to reach necessary resources previously almost inaccessible. Providing a full-time advocate helps <br />victims manage all services needed through one person, easing the access. <br />EXHIBIT 3
