Resolution No. 2022-XXX <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />displaced occupant was given written notification regarding the plan’s availability and <br />an opportunity to submit questions or comments. <br /> <br />H. The primary purpose of the Relocation Plan is to outline the <br />requirements for moving and re-establishing the displaced residential and business <br />occupants, and to demonstrate the level of advisory and financial assistance that will <br />be provided. <br /> <br />I. Based on occupant interviews, needs analyses, and searches for <br />appropriate replacement sites, the City estimates relocation costs to be approximately <br />$480,000. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Council hereby approves the Relocation Plan for the <br />acquisition activities for the Fairview Bridge Replacement and Street Improvements <br />(9th Street to 16th Street) Project. A copy of the plan will be available in the City’s <br />Public Works Agency. <br /> <br /> Section 3. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />proposed project has been determined to be adequately evaluated in the previously <br />prepared Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (SCH No. 2020049015) and <br />related Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, as approved by the City Council <br />on June 16, 2020. <br /> <br />Section 4.
