I RFP No. 20-154 <br />k Santiago Park Main Street Entrance Design <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES — ADDITIONS AND REDUCTIONS RELATED TO CHANGE ORDER #1 ONLY <br />The tasks described below are only the ADDITIONAL SCOPE related to change order #1. <br />There has been no reduction to any portion of the original project scope. <br />TASK 0 - PROJECT ADMINISTRATION <br />Due to the lengthy reviews done to date and th <br />anticipated permitting efforts, H&A has added 6 progress <br />reports since the completion date has been extended 6 <br />months from the schedule established at the June 2021 <br />TASK 1 - PRE -DESIGN <br />FID Surveying <br />11. Establish property line within the creek <br />based on documentation provided by City <br />(no additional research and no field survey) <br />2. Cross sections every 100 feet starting from <br />100 feet downstream of Main Street bridge, <br />to 100 feet upstream of park pedestrian <br />bridge <br />3. Cross sections every 25 feet for 100 feet <br />downstream and upstream of each bridge <br />4. One cross section under each bridge <br />5. Cross sections to extend from hedge at <br />parking lot/garage on side opposite park <br />1.E Floodplain Modeling <br />1. FEMA research, obtain latest effective <br />model, hydrology information, storm drain <br />plans, off -site topo, etc. <br />2. Develop existing condition floodplain <br />models, develop the proposed condition <br />and floodway models <br />3. Prepare application package for CLOMR <br />4. Address the CLOMR comments from <br />responsible agency to obtain the community <br />acknowledgement and impacted adjacent <br />neighbors signatures <br />5.
