Development Project <br />Review <br />A) Continue to provide appropriate <br />residential and mixed use project review <br />through site plan review, environmental <br />clearance, and mitigation monitoring. B) <br />Create a checklist of healthy design <br />components based on the adopted Active <br />Design Guidelines to allow implementation <br />healthy community components into new <br />projects. <br />Ongoing & 2016 A) Through weekly Development Project Review meetings with the Development Review <br />Committee (DRC), which consists of the Planning & Building Agency, Public Works <br />Agency, Police Department, and the Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA), the City <br />evaluates residential and mixed-use projects to ensure compliance with local, State and <br />Federal laws. B) The City intends to develop an Active Design Guideline checklist as <br />part of the comprehensive Zoning Code update.
