EXHIBIT C <br />FEDERAL AWARD IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION <br />The General Program Requirements were designed to provide the framework where the <br />CONTRACTOR will provide ARPA programs identified in this attachment. <br />I. GOVERNANCE <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to comply, remain informed, and deliver services consistent with <br />the provisions of ARPA. <br />Where local policy has not been set, the CONTRACTOR agrees to adhere to state and/or <br />federal policy, as appropriate. <br />II. GOVERNANCE REFERENCES <br />A. Additional state and federal agencies that provide funding to the CITY may be incorporated <br />herein. <br />B. Information Bulletins, Directives, and any other federal and state guidance documents <br />pertaining to the ARPA SLFRF Funds. <br />C. Actions, directives, and policy and procedures issued by the CITY. <br />D. CITY policies, as applicable. <br />III. CONTRACTOR/CONTRACTOR DETERMINATION: <br />In accordance with the requirements of 2 CFR 200.330 (CONTRACTOR and Contractor <br />determination) and for the purpose of this CONTRACT, CONTRACTOR is determined to be a <br />CONTRACTOR. <br />City of Santa Ana RFP 22-009A <br />Page 32 <br />
