Our QC/QA process <br />is customized on a project -by -project basis. As <br />such, our standard process for design projects is <br />described below followed by our standard process <br />for planning efforts. <br />Fehr & Peers sends out a client survey at the <br />close of every project we work on. In 2018, 99% <br />of our clients noted that we met or exceeded <br />expectations. This is the ultimate verification that <br />we are producing quality products for our clients. <br />Fehr & Peers developed and maintains a QAI <br />QC plan ("Plan") for Engineering Design projects. <br />The Plan is written for all staff, and is available <br />to anyone within the company via our internal <br />website, and is available to external clients <br />upon request. It provides definitions related to <br />the engineering process, explains the QA Plan <br />procedures, our internal file system protocol and <br />also outlines our Quality Assurance (QA) Auditing <br />program. <br />
