• Traffic Signal Design <br />• Striping Design <br />• Traffic Engineering Design <br />• Transportation Support <br />• Traffic Studies <br />• Vehicle Miles Travelled (VMT) Compliance <br />• Traffic Modeling <br />• Traffic Signal Master Plan <br />• Street Light Master plan <br />• Street Light Design Training <br />• Grant Writing- Services <br />If there are any exceptions to the core of requested services, proposers shall list said <br />exceptions in their proposal (matrix form). <br />For specialized work for which the prime consultant shall require a sub -consultant, the <br />prime consultant shall serve as an administrative liaison between the City and the sub - <br />consultant. <br />The selected consultants must have the expertise, experience, and demonstrated resources <br />available to perform the work described in this RFP. <br />General Requirements and Project Deliverables <br />The Consultant's services for plans specifications and estimating (PS&E) for engineering <br />project preparation and special studies/investigations shall include and in be in conformance <br />with the latest editions of the following: Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations <br />(California Building Standards Code). American Water Works Association, California <br />Department of Transportation, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code (SAMC), professional Standards established by the City, and or federal, <br />state and local guidelines established in the project. <br />As part of the preparation of the PS&E, the consultant shall prepare the special provisions <br />pertaining to the items of work included in the plans that are not addressed on the latest editions <br />of the applicable standards. <br />The Consultant shall have complete responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of all <br />documents and plans prepared. The plans will be reviewed by the City of Santa Ana for <br />conformity with the requirements of the Agreement. Reviews by the City of Santa Ana do <br />NOT include detailed review or checking of design or the accuracy with which such <br />designs are depicted in the documents and the plans. The documents and plans furnished <br />under the Agreement shall be of a quality acceptable to the City of Santa Ana. The criteria for <br />acceptance shall be a product of neat appearance, well organized, technically and <br />grammatically correct, checked, and dated and having the maker and checker identified. <br />City of Santa Ana RFP 21-125 <br />Page Al-2 <br />
