Iteris has <br />• Railroad Grade <br />supported recent regional planning and corridor development efforts <br />Crossing Analysis <br />including the Riverside County Transportation Commission's (RCTC) <br />Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP), the South Bay Cities Council of <br />Government's (SBCCOG) Highway Assessment, and the Southern <br />California Association of Governments (SCAG)/Ventura County <br />Transportation Commission's (VCTC) US-101 Multimodal Corridor <br />Study. Throughout client support on these efforts, Iteris is always mindful <br />of federal and state mandates such as FAST Act, Greenhouse Gas <br />(GHG) reduction targets, SCS goals, as well as funding opportunities <br />through Senate Bill 1. <br />SAFETY ANALYSIS <br />• Hand -on Experience <br />with Caltrans <br />Transportation Injury <br />Mapping System <br />(TIMS) <br />• Road Safety Audit and <br />Assessment (RSA) <br />• Countermeasure <br />Development <br />• Systemic Safety <br />Analysis Report <br />Program (SSARP) <br />Iteris offers hands-on experience utilizing collision data and <br />v field evaluation to develop collision factor identification, safety <br />and operation improvements and implementation plans, as well as <br />assessing the application of innovative solutions to improve safety for <br />all road users. This includes recent development of traffic signal <br />phasing for unique geometries at intersections to improved pedestrian <br />visibility near a high school in the City of San Marcos, CA, collision data <br />analysis to support countermeasure recommendations for the City of <br />Thousand Oaks in CA, Pedestrian Safety Studies, and Road Safety <br />Audit and Assessment (RSA) for numerous local agencies. <br />GRANT WRITING ASSISTANCE <br />• Active Transportation <br />Program <br />• Caltrans Sustainable <br />Transportation <br />Planning Grant <br />Program <br />• Sustainable <br />Communitites Program <br />• Transit and Intercity <br />Rail Capital Program <br />• Bus and Bus Facilities <br />Program <br />• Low or No Emission <br />Bus Program <br />PIteris has successfully assisted several local agencies with <br />similar funding applications, including the recent FY 19 - 21 <br />RTSSP applications with the various agencies, as well as Los Angeles <br />County Metro with federal and state grants. The lessons learned from <br />these applications and from implementing multiple RTSSP projects <br />since the program's inception will be applied to this on -call contract. <br />Based on the recommendations and direction from City staff, Iteris will <br />develop a Supplemental Application document. This will include, but will <br />not be limited to, project scope write-up, populating necessary tables, <br />developing a project schedule, and summarizing estimated points. <br />Coordination with each application stakeholder will be required to <br />confirm and finalize project scope, cost, and scoring. A draft <br />supplemental application document will be provided for comment and <br />approval.
