The user login aliases are limited to a specific <br />length. <br />Operational Context <br />Personnel who log into the systems to use management applications and support tools are <br />referred to as "Login Users". These are technical support staff such as the System Manager, <br />administrators, technicians, etc. This is different that "Radio User" as referred to in other <br />standards. Every user's login ID on the system is unique. Every login user of the System has a <br />user ID that is only for that specific agency's or individual's Ae. Based on the types of access <br />required an individual may need more than one login ID. <br />The types of access fall into the following areas: <br />• System Management <br />• Infrastructure Maintenance <br />• Subscriber Administration <br />• Dispatch Management <br />• Asset Management <br />The areas of access are based on the physical locations of the equipment and individual need. <br />Access to System, Network, and Asset Management terminals will be limited to Lead Agency <br />staff and approved vendors. <br />Lead Agency may review personnel with System access at any time to ensure that only the <br />appropriate levels of access have been granted based on their currently assigned business <br />needs. <br />Protocol <br />Each Login User account must be requested from and approved by the Lead Agency Director. <br />The account will be assigned a login name and access level based on the requirements of the <br />request. Access will be immediately rescinded for any unauthorized actions or change of <br />employment status. <br />Management <br />The Lead Agency is responsible for the creation of administrative accounts, designating the <br />areas of access allowed for each account, and the review of access granted. <br />4.9 Requesting System Access <br />Purpose or Objective <br />To establish the procedure for an eligible agency to apply to participate on the 800 MHz CCCS. <br />Operational Context <br />The 800 MHz CCCS Governance Committee has determined the requirements and procedure for <br />potential new applicants desiring access to the 800 MHz CCCS. Those procedures are <br />documented in the 800 MHz CCCS Joint Agreement. <br />
