Carvalho <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br />Daisy Gomez <br />Via FedEx and email <br />The City of Santa Ana ("City") is proceeding with its plans to construct the Bristol Street and <br />Memory Lane Intersection Widening Project. The City obtained a preliminary title report that <br />lists Metro Star, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, as the vested owner, <br />Attachment 1. The City seeks to acquire a portion of your property and a six month <br />Temporary Construction Easement (TCE), which consists of the underlying real property as <br />described in Attachments 2A and depicted on Attachments 2B. The areas to be acquired are <br />referred to herein as the "Property Interests". <br />No final determination has been made as to the ownership of the Property Interests. This <br />offer is contingent upon presentation of conclusive evidence of title. If more than one person <br />has an interest in the Property Interests that the City is seeking to acquire, all parties with <br />such interest must accept this offer. <br />As you know, the City had your Property Interests appraised to determine its fair market <br />value. The appraisal was conducted in accordance with commonly accepted appraisal <br />standards and included consideration of the highest and best use of the land.
