The City of Santa Ana is in need of funding for construction of this Project to offset the cost to the City’s residents. If so, please describe the funding source and indicate if the funding has been secured. If the funding has not been secured, please describe the plan to secure the necessary funding. Yes, as demonstrated above, the City will provide $750,500 cost match or 25% of the Project cost. All the planning, design and environmental cost will be provided by the City of Santa Ana. The outstanding construction amount will be provided by the City. 16. Is land acquisition or landowner permission required for this project?
