Prior to partnering with Patrol Solutions, <br />Felix worked at Cypress Private Security for ten years, until Cypress <br />was bought out by Allied Universal. Thus, he joined Patrol <br />Solutions, a company where every client would receive great <br />personal attention and care. With an astute understanding of client <br />needs, Felix prides himself on providing superb customer service <br />and works tirelessly to address and remedy operational issues <br />swiftly. <br />As a certified firearms instructor, Felix understands the gravity of <br />responsibility. His years of experience have enabled him to oversee <br />high risk security operations staffed by armed officers, and his <br />expertise in defusing conflicts has allowed him to minimize the <br />threat of incidents. During his time at Cypress, Mr. Guerrero <br />managed over 40 armed guards in the Los Angeles area. In addition, <br />Felix gained deep insight into the inner workings of managing, <br />training, and developing staff. He has overseen relevant security <br />projects in the retail and logistics industry at Technicolor <br />Distribution Center, APL Logistics, and HP Logistics. Under his <br />guidance, his teams consistently aided clients’ loss prevention <br />programs, reducing theft and recovering merchandise. <br />Felix is a firm believer in teamwork. He is a member of the <br />Downtown Security Manager’s Association, an organization of <br />security and law enforcement professionals recognizing homeland <br />security efforts in L.A. Together, members exchange information <br />and share best practices for mutual benefit.
